Stadium Ground Rules

• Stadium management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Stadium.
• The company shall take no responsibility for –
  Loss of personal property
  Damage to personal property
  Theft of personal property
• No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to bet or gamble within the Stadium premises at any time (in accordance with the gambling act 2005).
• In the event of an abandoned meeting retain your racecard. If owing to a mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions or if the decision is made to abandon the meeting before the fourth race has been completed, the night’s racecard shall constitute a re-admission voucher, on production of which, free admission will be allowed at any of the next five meetings (but not a free current racecard).
• The following articles will not be allowed to be brought into the Stadium –
  Alcohol
  Weapons
  Dangerous substances or materials
  Illegal substances
  Food and drink
  Any Person(s) found in possession will be refused entry.
  Random searches will be carried out; any person(s) found in possession of the above articles will be removed from the Stadium.
• The following are arrest-able offences and may result in prosecution
  Track invasion
  Verbal / physical assault
  Theft or damage to stadium property
• Children are permitted to the Stadium providing that they are supervised at all times by the parent(s) or guardians(s). The Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any persons not adhering to the above.
• The Stadium supports individual rights to certified assistance and support Dogs
• Obstruction of the yellow hatched areas is strictly forbidden at all times.
• General public must comply with all instructions issued by –
  Stewards
  Security
  Stadium Safety Officer
• Smoking and non-smoking areas are provided.
• CCTV cameras operate around the Stadium.
• No goods of any type including literature to be offered free or for sale without permission from Stadium Management.
• The recording of racing is strictly forbidden.
• Flash photography within the stands is forbidden whilst greyhounds are on parade or racing.
• The company reserves the right to eject any person(s) not complying with the above rules 1-16.

ENTRY TO THE STADIUM SHALL CONSITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE AGREEMENTS (1-17)

All bookings

• Owlerton stadium reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Owlerton Stadium reserve the right to amend or cancel a promotion at any time.
• All bookings are subject to availability
• In case of dispute, the manager’s decision is final.
• Stadium ground rules apply.
• If an offer is made available after a package has been purchased, the original booking will apply and no discount or reconciliation will be made available

Telephone Bookings

• A non refundable deposit of £10 per person is required for all Restaurant & VIP Box bookings.
• For Friday and Saturday bookings, the balance payment must be paid (based on the final numbers) at least 14 days prior to your attendance.
• For Sunday restaurant bookings, the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Sunday Trio bookings to be paid in full at time of booking.
• All Six Pack and Six Pack + bookings to be paid in full at time of booking.
• If the booking is for a date within the next 14 days, full payment is due at the time of the booking (excluding Sunday restaurant bookings).

* Please note: Calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Online Bookings

• For the packages (excluding Sunday restaurant) that are available to book on-line, full payment must be taken at time of booking.
• Sunday restaurant bookings require a non refundable deposit of £10 per person, the balance is to be paid on the day of the event.

Cancellation Policies

All Packages – please read carefully.

• Your booking may be cancelled without notice if you do not make the full payment on the dates due (prior to the 14 days before your visit).
• Some of our packages (especially those on the website) have different cancellation policies and are non-refundable. If there are stated additional terms and conditions associated with a package they will take precedence over the related terms shown here.
• Bookings are non-refundable.
• Bookings can only be transferable once if made at least 48 hours before event.

Pricing Policy

• Prices are valid for the periods shown. If a validity period is not indicated, please use this as a guide price only.
• Prices often vary by month and different prices always apply for the Christmas period.
• While prices and packages are accurate at the time of publication, information is subject to change without prior notice.
• Please confirm your requirements with our reservations team before you book.
• If you make a late booking i.e. for a race night within the next 14 days, different payment terms will apply and these will be confirmed on booking.
• Menus are shown for guidance and are subject to change and dish availability. Certain dishes may attract a supplement charge and this is shown on the menus.
• Certain packages include drinks vouchers, which can only be exchanged for our current house beer (bottled or draught) and house wines. Inclusive alcoholic drinks can be exchanged for their equivalent sized soft drink.

Payment Methods

• Cheques should be made payable to Sheffield Sports Stadium Ltd and must be received at least 14 days prior to the evening.
• When sending a cheque, please ensure that you include your name, address, the date, location of the booking and your booking reference.
• Full payments are non-refundable. Bookings can only be transferable once if made at least 48 hours before event.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• We may require additional security checks to validate credit card payments, which include, but are not limited to, postcode & surname matching and CVV verification.
• If you supply us with additional personal details for this purpose, these details are handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Any drinks consumed must be settled on the evening prior to departure.

Children Pricing (and restriction policies)

• Children are allowed in the Stadium, but must be accompanied by an appropriate adult at all times.
• We offer reductions in the restaurant (excluding December) for Children 11 and under.
• General Age Restrictions (see proof of age).
• Packages which include either tote betting or alcohol are only available to customers who are over 18 years of age (“Adults Only”).

Proof of age

We may ask anyone who is (or appears to be) under 25 to prove their age when:

• Entering the stadium on an Adults Only package.
• When purchasing an alcoholic drink.
• When placing a tote bet.
• Purchasing any other age-restricted package or product.
• If we are not satisfied that you are 18 or over, service will be refused and (for Adults Only packages) you will not be permitted to enter the stadium and no refunds will be given.
• Children are allowed in the Stadium, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Our commitment to the less bodied

We will adhere at all times to the Disability Discrimination Act and if you have any special or specific requirements please give us a call and let our booking staff know.

Friday & Saturday Restaurant Bookings

• There is a £2 booking fee.
• A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required when making the booking.
• Payment balance and menu options must be provided 2 weeks prior to your visit.
• 3 course meal applies to Friday and Saturday bookings only.
• Some main courses are available on Sundays only
• Majority of our tables are in multiples of 4’s and 6’s.

Sunday Restaurant Bookings

• A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required when making the booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Two course includes starter and main.
• Free dessert only if the pre-order form is completed.
• Pre-order required 24 hours before the event in order to qualify for the free dessert.
• Desserts available to purchase on the day.
• Majority of our tables are in multiples of 4’s and 6’s.

Kids Eat Free Restaurant Offer

• Offer only available in the Restaurant.
• Offer only available on selected dates.
• Offer only applies to children 12 and under.
• Offer only available on the children’s menu which includes a starter, main course and dessert. Any sides or extras would be payable in addition.
• Offer applies to one children’s meal for free for every full paying adult.
• Payment balance and menu options must be provided 14 days prior to your visit.
• Not in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
• Majority of our tables are in multiples of 4’s and 6’s.

VIP Box Bookings 

• There is a £2 booking fee.
• A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required when making the booking.
• Payment balance and menu options must be provided 2 weeks prior to your visit.
• Available Fridays and Saturdays only.
• Minimum of 15 people per box.
• We require your pre-order details 2 weeks in advance of your visit otherwise your order will default to the traditional option as per the traditional menu.
• Any drinks taken out of the mini bar are to be paid for in addition on the night.
• Smoking and drinking on the balconies is strictly prohibited.

Six Pack Bookings

There will be a designated area given upon collection of tickets. We reserve the right to change the area at any time.

• There is a £2 booking fee.
• Payment in full required at time of booking.
• Available Fridays and Saturdays only.
• Must be pre-booked.
• Minimum of 2 people.
• Vegetarian option available upon request.
• Choose from a bottle of Coors Light, Pint of Stones, 125ml measure of house wine (Fairway Shiraz, Fairway Sauvignon Blanc or Fairway Rosé) or soft drink.
• 1x £2 win bet.
• 1x Jackpot bet.
• You may be asked for ID.

Six Pack + Bookings

• There is a £2 booking fee.
• Payment in full required at time of booking.
• Available Fridays and Saturdays only.
• Must be pre-booked.
• Minimum of 4 people.
• Vegetarian option available upon request.
• Choose from a bottle of Coors Light, Pint of Stones, 125ml measure of house wine (Fairway Shiraz, Fairway Sauvignon Blanc or Fairway Rosé) or soft drink.
• 1x £2 win bet.
• 1x Jackpot bet.
• You may be asked for ID.
• Guaranteed seating, however if your guaranteed seating is not claimed within 2 hours of the gates opening it will be forfeited and no longer reserved. 

Sunday Trio Bookings

• Payment in full required at time of booking.
• Available Sundays only.
• Must be pre-booked.
• If differing menu selections are required, these will need to be booked separately.
• Vegetarian option available upon request.
• Choose from a bottle of Coors Light, Pint of Stones, 125ml measure of house wine (Fairway Shiraz, Fairway Sauvignon Blanc or Fairway Rosé) or soft drink.

Eat for free on your birthday

• Valid on restaurant, 6 pack, 6 pack +, Sunday Trio and VIP Box bookings.
• Only valid when booking for a minimum of 4 people on restaurant, 6 pack, 6 pack +, Sunday Trio bookings, and a minimum of 15 people on VIP Box bookings.
• Must call to book.
• Must show proof of age / month of birthday on collection of tickets.
• Only valid during the month of persons birthday (Excludes December. December birthday offer can be used in January or November).
• One birthday offer per booking.

Party Package – 10% Voucher

• Discount voucher available valid for 6 months from date of issue.
• Strictly 1 discount voucher per booking.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
• The voucher has no cash redemption value.

NHS & Emergency Services – 10% Discount

• Strictly one 10% discount per booking.
• Must show proof of employment / NHS card on collection of tickets.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
• Cannot be used in December.
• Owlerton Stadium reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions or discontinue the discount voucher at any time.

VIP tickets

The below refers to VIP tickets, Fundracer VIP tickets and Charity VIP tickets.

• One ticket per person per night.
• Ticket must be completed in full to be valid.
• No under 18 may use this ticket.
• No under 18 may attempt to purchase alcohol with the free drinks voucher.
• No persons over 18 are permitted to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under the age of 18.
• Only valid Friday or Saturday evenings, or Sunday afternoons.
• Not valid in December.
• Choose from a bottle of Coors Light, Pint of Stones, 125ml measure of house wine (Fairway Shiraz, Fairway Sauvignon Blanc or Fairway Rosé) or soft drink.
• The Stadium reserves the right to refuse admission and or the redemption of drink if the Management suspect the offer is either being abused, used not in accordance with its intention or the person redeeming the voucher has done so already during the race meeting.

Duo Tickets

• One ticket per person per night.
• Ticket must be completed in full to be valid.
• No under 18 may use this ticket.
• Only valid Friday or Saturday evenings, or Sunday afternoons within the month listed on ticket.
• The Stadium reserves the right to refuse admission if the Management suspect the offer is either being abused, used not in accordance with its intention or the person redeeming the voucher has done so already during the race meeting.

Prosecco Draw

• All entrants must be over the age of 18 years to enter the competition.
• All entrants will be entered into the draw upon full completion of the entry form.
• Only one entry per person – only fully completed detail forms will be entitled to be entered into the prize draw.
• One winner will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw after 9pm on Fridays & Saturdays, and after 4.30pm on Sundays.
• All entry forms must be completed prior to the draw on the night.
• Automatic entry to win a meal for four will be made upon completion and submission of the entry form.
• The winner of the meal for four will be contacted via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
• The winner must acknowledge the Stadiums attempts to make contact within 14 days otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
• No meal for 4 draw will be redeemable in December.
• No cash alternative to the prize will be available.
• In case of dispute the manager’s decision is final.
• The Stadium reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time.

Business Entry Form 

• All entrants must be over the age of 18 years to enter the competition
• Automatic entry to win a night out for the company, draw at the end of every month
• All entrants will be entered into the draw upon full completion of entry form
• The winning company will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw
• Prize is only redeemable on Fridays or Sundays
• Prize is not redeemable during November or December
• The winner must acknowledge the stadiums attempts to make contact within 14 days otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
• No cash alternative to the prize will be available
• In case of dispute the managers, decision is final
• The stadium reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time

Race Sponsorship

• Sponsorship must be paid for at least 14 days prior to the evening.
• A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for all race sponsorship bookings.
• If 14 days or more notice is received the sponsorship can be moved to another date (within 3 months subject to availability) or can be refunded.
• No Refund or transfer can be offered within 14 days of the meeting.
