Steps we’re taking to ensure your safety

Protecting the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is of great importance to us, therefore we’ve implemented a number of precautions in our venue. These include, but are not limited to the following:

We have introduced social distancing measures to assist in keeping our customers and colleagues safe. You will notice additional signage in our venue, giving direction.

We would advise that you use contactless payment for all transactions wherever possible. We have increased contactless payment to £45, however cash and card transactions will still be accepted.

On arrival to our
stadium, guests are required to sanitise their hands before entering.
In addition, sanitising stations will be positioned throughout the venue.

In addition to our normal
rigorous cleaning procedures and increased hygiene measures, our team will concentrate on areas of higher footfall and frequently touched points.

Pre-planned shift patterns and staggered start times will allow for our colleagues to keep social distance when arriving at their workplace.

Our colleagues will be equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and have also received specific COVID-19 related training.

We ask our guests not to visit our venue if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, however mild.

For customers dining in our restaurant, our dining layout has been modified to ensure that social distancing guidelines are met.

We have introduced single use menus that will be disposed of after use.

Our venue capacities have been reviewed and will be monitored routinely. We will limit the number of customers allowed in the premises at any one time.

You will notice a number of changes to our venue such as perspex screens on reception, till points, tote betting counters and our bars to help with social distancing.

We will serve you at your table – clear signage will be displayed to help you maintain social distancing.

We wanted to let you know about changes that have been made in our venue to help keep us all safe. It may look and feel a little different but be rest assured, you’re guaranteed the same friendly and top-class service. See you soon!

  • Pre bookings are required for all visits and entry (this includes owners) – walk-ins will not be permitted.
  • Face masks required around the Stadium when not seated in line with guidelines
  • Sanitising stations are located throughout the Stadium to enable frequent hand cleansing
  • Entry into the venue is to be made one at a time and customers are required to use hand sanitiser prior to entry
  • Capacity within the venue is restricted and we have implemented the NHS Test and Trace Guidance
  • Directional signage is clearly marked throughout the venue providing a one-way system
  • Seating throughout the Stadium will be allocated upon booking. Once assigned a table and chair, you are required to remain there for the duration of the event with the exception of the use of toilet facilities
  • All individuals and groups within seated or standing areas should maintain current social distancing guidelines with other individuals and/or other groups and/or within groups of two households. Layouts for the Panorama Restaurant, Bars throughout the venue and spectator stand layouts have been altered to take into account the required social distancing measures
  • Enhanced cleaning will be carried out throughout all areas prior, during and after all race meetings
  • Protective screening is in place throughout the Stadium
  • Restaurant bookings must be made online or by telephone to guarantee a table
  • Bookings are limited to 6 people from a maximum one household (anyone in the same support bubble counts as one household)
  • Customers are encouraged to make contactless payments wherever possible, but cash and card transactions will still be accepted
  • Refunds will be available to anyone who is symptomatic or to those in a quarantine period
  • The 6 Pack, Super 6, Fab Free Tuesday and Free Pie Tuesday promotions are temporarily suspended however the 6 Pack+ offering is available
  • All areas will be table service only
  • Greyhound owners on each race night will be allocated seats using the booking procedures currently in place
  • Our telephone booking lines will be available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • We will be strictly closing at 10pm
