You can be confident you are in the best possible care when visiting the Stadium after we have liaised over the past few months with Sheffield City Council and Public Health England. Yes. Pre-booking is essential for any visit to allow us to manage Stadium capacity levels. We will not be able to accept walk-ins until further notice.

Pending availability, booking can be up to one hour before the first race.

In line with current government guidelines, bookings at present will be a maximum of 6 people (support bubbles count as one household) sitting together – though this will be reviewed as guidelines change.

To help keep everyone safe and adhere to current guidelines you will be assigned a table for the night at the time of booking and this will be your table throughout the event. All areas will be table service only.

Guests will be required to stay seated unless using the toilet facilities or smoking area. Face masks required around the Stadium when not seated in line with guidelines.

Our toilets are checked and cleaned hourly. Cleaning staff are available on site for every meeting. If there is anything not to the standard you expect then please bring this to our attention.

When you arrive at your table this will be explained in detail to you by a member of our staff but in summary, we will be operating a table service and a tote operator and waiter will be allocated to specific tables to take your order and bets.

Yes – however, we encourage all guests to use contactless or Debit and credit card wherever possible. Card is accepted throughout the Stadium apart from on the Tote, Tote betting remains cash only.

Yes – your contact information you provided will be taken at the time of your booking and kept securely adhering to GDPR for 21 days.

Menus are available on our website (https://www.owlertonstadium.co.uk/restaurant/) and social media platforms. Single use disposable menus will be available on tables.

Your tote operator and waiter will introduce themselves upon your arrival.

We will be using disposable menus and cutlery will be wrapped in serviettes and placed on tables when your food is served. The waiting staff on the night will explain the processes in detail to ensure you are happy with the service you will receive.

Supervisors and Management will be on site at all times to ensure you always have someone to attend to you during your visit.

Unfortunately, we can only allow food and drink purchased at our Stadium site to be consumed on site.

Children are welcome to the Stadium but will be required to attend booked in under our “Kids Pack” / “General Admission” / “Restaurant” as an add on to your existing booking. Yes, all customers above the age of 18 will receive a race card and disposable pens are available upon request.

Unfortunately, the front terracing is allocated for our owners and trainers. Smoking areas are located on the opposite side of the bar area and will be clearly signed as such.

All our staff serving tables will be wearing face coverings.

We currently race Monday & Thursday PM and Tuesday, and Saturday PM. We will only be taking bookings for the Tuesday and Saturday race meetings. Monday and Thursday will remain behind closed doors with only trainers and owners being granted access.

Yes, our lift will be available to use, but only for one person plus a carer at any one time.

The lift will be cleaned and sanitised as part of our enhanced cleaning schedule.

There are some minor restrictions within the Stadium, however all areas have clear TV screens to view races so where ever you are sat, you will be able to view the racing.

At this time, we will not be facilitating onsite bookmakers. The Tote will be the only source of betting within the Stadium.

If there is availability, we will be able to transfer your booking with prior notice but on the night this will not be possible.

Restrictions in movement apply to everyone. Unfortunately, trainers will not be able to visit tables anywhere in the stadium.

We will have social distancing officers located around the stadium. We are all in this together and your safety as well as ours is the top priority. We will work in accordance with the current guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.

Yes. You will be able to stand up, but please be considerate to those around you.

Parking is still available for all our customers and is currently free. Please follow our guidance and instructions when walking from your car to the stadium entrance.

Our dress code is smart casual both in the restaurant and bar areas.
