RESTAURANT MANAGER

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Restaurant Manager at a busy Sheffield leisure venue

The position entails the management of a very busy 300 cover restaurant, which enjoys an excellent reputation for both quality of food and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all staff matters, including training and recruitment, cash handling, budgets, dealing with customers at all levels and ensuring that the restaurant is maximising its potential profit. A vital part of the role is the close liaison with the kitchen.

To be successful for the role of Restaurant Manager, you will be a passionate hospitality professional with a friendly personality, strong work ethic and a genuine interest in food and drink and will have a proven track record as a manager in a high-quality establishment.

He/she will have already gained experience in managing a busy restaurant and will be seeking the next challenge in his/her career. Conference and banqueting experience will be a definite advantage.

  • Substantial experience of front of house/restaurant and bar management in the hospitality sector
  • Ability to manage and develop a winning front of house team
  • Impeccable people skills and a passion for customer service
  • Commitment to high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
  • Highly numerate and able to supervise cash handling operations, restaurant and bar sales, stock levels and budgets
  • Ability to measure and evaluate guest feedback and satisfaction
  • Unwavering attention to detail and skilled in balancing multiple priorities
  • Calm under pressure

RESTAURANT STAFF

We have an exciting opportunity to join their company as Restaurant Waiting Staff. This will be based on a shift/rota basis and will include working Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night and as and when required for extra events.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and will be confident in dealing with a wide variety of jobs. If you have a willingness to work as a team with a can-do attitude then this could be the job for you!

EXECUTIVE BOXES STAFF

We are currently looking to recruit motivated and dedicated staff to fill roles in the Executive Boxes.
Applicants will need to be flexible for shifts on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as additional race meetings that arise.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and will be confident in dealing with a wide variety of jobs. If you have a willingness to work as a team with a can-do attitude then this could be the job for you!

Full training and uniform will be provided.

The role will be to work with the team to maintain the highest level of Customer Service. We offer a competitive rate of pay and the hours are part time.

TOTE STAFF & TOTE RUNNERS

We are currently looking for applicants to join our Tote betting team. Must be available to work Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The role involves taking bets, money handling and cashing up. Full training will be given. Over 18’s only.
