For private and corporate venue hire, OEC Sheffield is located next door to Owlerton Stadium. Purpose built in 2019, this contemporary venue oozes style from the moment you arrive. Available for hire year-round, OEC Sheffield accommodates up to 500 guests, for conferences, parties, weddings, and more.

A 300-seat elevated restaurant offering panoramic track views. Tables seat 4 to 6 people, with large parties seated together e.g., 3 tables of 10 diners. Our front-of-house team provide a first-class service, with table-side betting and drinks service so you don’t miss a thing.
Modern hospitality suites provide a private space to celebrate. Each box accommodates 15 to 20 guests, with suites combining for up to 80 guests. A private balcony offers elevated track views with table-side betting and drinks service.
Owlerton Stadium boasts three bars, a hot food snack bar, . Napoleons Bar accommodates up to 500 people and is available to hire for both large and small events.

When it comes to organising an event, venue choice makes all the difference. OEC Sheffield doesn’t do dull and uninspiring, this venue has the wow factor, from its stunning façade to its dynamic interior lighting display. The venue is finished to a high standard throughout, with room to let your hair down and relax in stylish surroundings.
The OEC has space aplenty. The Rivelin Suite can seat up to 500 guests, which has the flexibility to create smaller rooms holding 100, 150 or 250 guests. These can also be combined to hold 350 or 400 adapting to the needs of your event. VIP hospitality boxes accommodate up to 80 people – ideal as meeting or breakout rooms – and a 12-person Boardroom is also available to hire.
