How much does it cost?
A £10 per head deposit is required on booking. The balance is due two weeks prior. we will require all menu choices For parties of 16 or more. All prices include admission, racecard and 3 course meal.
Terms & Conditions of booking - Restaurant and Executive Boxes
- Seating is allocated on arrival.
- Dress code is casual but smart.
- Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of deposits (Executive Box deposits are £10 per person)
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Any cancellations made within 14 days of event will be charged in full.
- Super Six pack payment is required in full when booking.
Executive Boxes
Sizes & Prices and what is included?
Boxes 1& 2 are designed for exclusive parties of up to 12 people. Each party receives: Admission, racecard, buffet menu, hot & cold selections, refrigerator for drinks, waitress service and mobile tote operator.
Boxes 3 & 4 are private boxes which can hold up to 24 people. Generally the cost is £600 per box on Tuesdays and £672 on Fridays and £720 on Saturdays and includes the same as above.
Box 5 seats up to 62 and can be booked privately or on a shared basis. The package includes: Admission, racecard, 3 course Table d'Hote menu, bar facility with waitress service & mobile tote operator.
Sponsored Races
How do I sponsor a race?
Race sponsorship is available by prior arrangement from £50. The race that you sponsor will be given a name of your choosing, this will be printed in the race card and announced during the evening. When the race is run you will be invited to go to the podium to present the trophy and you will receive souvenir photographs of the presentation. Call the main telephone booking line for details.

Tuesday - First race 6:39pm, last race 10.40pm
Friday - First race 6:38pm, last race 10.40pm
Saturday - First Race 7:25pm, last race 10.40pm
Turnstiles open 1 hour before 1st race
What are the Reception/Booking office opening times?
Mon, Wed & Thurs 9.00am - 5.00pm
Tues 9.00am - 6.00pm, Friday 9.00am-9.00pm
Sat 10.00am - 9.00pm
What are the admission prices?
Tuesday £3.00
Friday £5.00 (Under 16s are only charged £1 entry) OAP & Students £3.50 - Price includes Racecard
Saturday £6.00 (Under 16s are only charged £1 entry) OAP & Students £3.50 - Price includes Racecard
How many races are there?
Tuesday = 16 races
Friday = 16 races
Saturday = 14 races
Are children permitted in all areas of the Stadium?
Children are allowed in all areas with the exception of The Star Sports Bar.
What time does the bar close?
Last orders is at 11.00pm
Who do I make cheques payable to?
Sheffield Sports Stadium Ltd, but we must have 14 days clearance for cheques.
Can I pay by debit or credit card?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Solo and Electron cards, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to pay cash, you can do so by visiting the stadium reception desk during opening hours.
Do you serve fast food?
Yes there is a snack bar situated on the ground floor next to the Paddock Bar. Hot pork sandwiches are available in the Panorama Room.
Can you accommodate disabled customers?
Yes, we have lifts available for the Panorama room and Restaurant and also the Executive Boxes. There are disabled toilets situated around the Stadium.
