  • How much does the restaurant cost?

    We have prices from £10 per person depending on the month and date of your visit. All prices include admission, racecard and a 3 course meal. A minimum £10 per person deposit and £2 booking fee is required on booking. The full balance is due two weeks prior to event.

  • Do we need to book a dining time?

    A dining time is not required. The table is yours all night and you can eat as and when you are ready.

  • How much does the Executive Boxes cost?

    We have prices from £10 per person for the hot and cold buffet depending on the month and date of your visit. A minimum £10 per person deposit and £2 booking fee is required on booking. The full balance is due two weeks prior to event.

    The Super 6 Pack party deal starts from only £10 per person. Full payment is required on booking.

  • What's included in the Executive Boxes ?

    Boxes 1 & 2 are private boxes designed for exclusive parties of up to 12 people. Each party receives: Admission, racecard, buffet menu, hot and cold selections, refrigerated mini bar, waitress service, bar service and mobile Tote operator.

    Boxes 3 & 4 are private boxes which can hold up to 24 people. Each Box includes Admission, racecard, buffet menu, hot and cold selections, refrigerated mini bar, waitress service, bar service and mobile Tote operator.

    Box 5 seats up to 65 and can be booked privately or on a shared basis. This includes the Super 6 Pack Deal, hot and cold buffet or sit down meal depending on package and numbers booked. Bar facility with waitress service and mobile Tote operator.

  • How do I sponsor a race?

    Race sponsorship is available from £50. A minimum of 1 weeks notice is required to book a sponsored race.  The race that you sponsor will be given a name of your choice (subject to approval). This will be printed in the racecard and announced during the evening. When the race has run you will be invited to go to the podium to present the trophy to the owner or trainer of the Greyhound and you will receive a souvenir photograph of the presentation.   • What days do we race?

    Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and Monday and Thursday daytimes.

  • What time do we race?

    Monday – First race 2.18pm, last race 6.18pm –Turnstiles open 1.30pm

    Tuesday – First race 6:38pm, last race 10.30pm – Turnstiles open 6.00pm

    Thursday – First race 11.11am last race 2.35pm –Turnstiles open 10.30am

    Friday – First race 6:39pm, last race 10.40pm – Turnstiles open 6.00pm

    Saturday – First Race 7:25pm, last race 10.40pm – Turnstiles open 6.30pm

    Last Saturday of the month – First race 7pm last race 10.45pm – Turnstiles open 6.00pm

  • What are the Reception/Booking office opening times?

    Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm
    Tuesday and Friday 9.00am – 10.00pm
    Saturday 10.00am – 10.00pm

  • What are the current admission prices?

    Tuesday – £3.00 (Including racecard)
    Friday £6.00 (Under 16s £1 entry) OAP & Students £3.50 – Price includes racecard
    Saturday £6.00 (Under 16s £1 entry) OAP & Students £3.50 – Price includes racecard

  • How many races are there?

    Tuesday = 16 races
    Friday = 16 races
    Saturday = 14 races
    Last Saturday of the Month = 16 races

  • Are children permitted in all areas of the Stadium?

    Children are allowed in all areas of the stadium but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • What time does the bar close?

    Bars remain open after racing until late!

  • Who do I make cheques payable to?

    Sheffield Sports Stadium Ltd, but we must have 14 days clearance for cheques.

  • Can I pay by debit or credit card?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of Diners Club and American Express. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to pay cash, you can do so by visiting the stadium reception/reservations office during opening hours.

  • Do you serve fast food?

    Yes there is a snack bar situated on the ground floor next to the Paddock Bar we also serve hot sandwiches, these are available in the Panorama Room.

     

  • Is there a cash machine in the stadium?

    Yes, they are situated in the Paddock Bar and Napoleons Bar.

  • Do you have a dress code?

    The dress code is smart casual (jeans allowed).

  • Can you accommodate disabled customers?

    Yes, we have the facilities to accommodate disabled customers. Please mention at the time of booking so we can accommodate.
