RESTAURANT STAFF

We have an exciting opportunity to join their company as Restaurant Waiting Staff. This will be based on a shift/rota basis and will include working Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night and as and when required for extra events.

The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills and will be confident in dealing with a wide variety of jobs. If you have a willingness to work as a team with a can do attitude then this could be the job for you!

CHEF DE PARTIE

We have an exciting opportunity to join their company as a Full-Time Chef de Partie

This will be a full time position with extra hours as and when required. Shifts will include working Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night.

Must be a motivated and a reliable team player who will be able to keep a cool head under pressure.

Flexibility will be required during busy times
Straight Shifts
Good rates of pay (dependent on experience)
Uniform provided.
Will be using fresh produce
Must have at least 1 years experience

Required experience:
Chef de Partie: 1 year

STARTERS & PARADERS

Applicants will be required to work as part of a small team in a very busy and organised environment.

These are very important positions, it is vital that the rules of the Greyhound Board of Great Britain are followed implicitly.

Applicants will be required to work a combination of 3 race nights and 2 race days. There will also be a requirement to work additional race days, so flexibility is essential. The successful candidate(s) will be reliable, well presented, organised, and capable of both following and ensuring others follow the rules of racing.

Uniform and training will be provided.

TOTE STAFF & TOTE RUNNERS

We are currently looking for applicants to join our Tote betting team. Must be available to work Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The role involves taking bets, money handling and cashing up. Full training will be given. Over 18’s only.
